Common Admission Test (CAT) is one among a few indispensable tests for getting into 20 Indian Institute of Managements (IIMs). CAT is given by Resident Indians in pursuit of attaining PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) or Post Graduate Diploma in Agri Business Management (PGDABM) or Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) from IIMs.
CAT is a Computer-Based Standardised test which tests lucid concepts of:

WAT is the part of second round of selection criteria and an important prerequisite for admission into IIMs. It tests candidate’s writing skills on a paper in a stipulated time span of 15-30 minutes.
PI is the part of final round of selection criteria where in Which candidate is required to prove himself on ‘why he/she should be admitted into IIMs with the help of lucid interpersonal skills and rectitude’.
